Your use of and access to this Site is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use including our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time with immediate effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates.

Permitted Users of this Site

This Site is intended to be used and accessed by people who are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol. If you are of legal age in your province and country of residence and the province and country from which you are accessing this Site, please continue. If you are not, please exit this Site immediately.

This site is open to employees (and persons with whom such employees are domiciled) of Big Rock Brewery, and its and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies but those people are not eligible to win prizes or rewards.

This site is intended as a one member, one person site. Multiple memberships will not be allowed by any member and may result in expulsion from site participation with all member profiles.

To become eligible to win a prize or reward related to this site, each contestant, must provide his/her full name, postal code, phone number and e-mail address and strictly follow the instructions and these Rules and Regulations.

Before being declared a prize winner, each eligible contestant must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question at the time of entry.

The decisions of Big Rock are final with respect to all aspects of this site and its activities and contests, including but not limited to eligibility of contestants and the correctness of their answer to the skill-testing question.

Site Rewards/Contests

ODDS OF WINNING REWARDS: The odds of winning any reward/prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received. All draws will be at random.
NOTIFYING SELECTED WINNERS: Each person who qualifies to be a reward winner in this program will be contacted by telephone or email within one week after the random draw takes place. Each selected contestant will be disqualified if (a) she/he cannot be reached after a reasonable effort to do so has been made; or (b) Big Rock determines that the qualifying contestant is ineligible according to these rules and regulations; or (c) that person does not comply with the Rules and Regulations including correctly answering the skill-testing question and completion of the contest release form; or (d) if his/her prize notification is returned to Big Rock as being undeliverable.

Arrangements for receiving a rewards and prizes will be made directly with each winner.
CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION: All correspondence and communication with contestants in connection with this site and/or contests will be by email or telephone, except as otherwise noted. Members and contestants agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations. The decision of the Big Rock shall be final and binding in all matters related to the site and contests. This site and contests are subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited.
RELEASES: By claiming or accepting a prize from this site, each contestant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture (both moving and still) or likeness, without compensation, for promotional and/or publicity purposes as determined by Big Rock. Each prize winner agrees to release the Big Rock, its assignees, affiliates and associates named in the release from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or lost persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, entry for or use of a prize. Further, any companion on any of the trip prizes must sign a similar release.
NO LIABILITY: Big Rock reserves the right to change the terms of any contests, suspend or cancel it, at any time, without liability on the part of Big Rock, and without prior notice. Big Rock shall not be liable for late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mislaid, illegible or unintelligible entries. If in the opinion of Big Rock or its affiliated partners, that the administration or integrity of the site or contests is compromised or corrupted at any time, Big Rock reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the site, site area or specific contest.

The provincial liquor agencies are not connected with this site or linked contests in any manner whatsoever, are not liable in any way whatsoever in regards to any matter which relates to this contest.
REFERENCES TO OTHER TRADE NAMES: This website may contain references to other company, brand and/or product names. These companies, brand and/or product names are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective owners. The images of people or places displayed, forms, structures and graphics displayed or found within the website are either the property of, or used with permission by Big Rock. Big Rock Brewery may be, but is not necessarily, sponsored by or affiliated with any owners of the other company, brand or product names appearing on the website, and makes no representations about them, their owners, their products or services.
PRIVACY: Unless you provide notice otherwise, Big Rock may use your name, address and email to send you information by email or regular mail about new products or services or upcoming promotions that Big Rock thinks may be of interest to you. In addition, contestants' names, addresses and emails may be made available to Big Rock Brewery and their respective advertising and promotional agencies whose products and/or services may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive notification about the Contest Sponsor's products or services, or if you do not wish to have your contact information made available to these third parties, contact the program community manager at communitymanager@friendsofbigrock.com or the Big Rock Brewery via email at contests@bigrockbeer.com Attn: Communications Manager and providing your name and address and indicating that you do not wish your information to be used in this manner. Rights to Contents and Intellectual Property

The copyrights to all materials, content and lay-out of this Site (including text, user and visual interfaces, images, look and feel, design, sound, etc. and any underlying software and computer codes) are proprietary to Big Rock, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third party licensors. You may not commercially exploit through derivative works from this Site in any way without Big Rock’s express prior written consent.

Any name, logo, trademark, service mark, patent, design, copyright or other intellectual property appearing on this Site is owned or licensed by Big Rock or its parents, affiliates or subsidiaries and may not be used by you without the prior written consent of Big Rock or the appropriate owner. Your use of this Site does not grant you any right, title, interest or license to any such intellectual property appearing on the Site.

Use of this Site

Big Rock maintains this Site for your personal entertainment, information and education. You should feel free to browse the Site and may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, lawful, personal use only provided all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials are retained All commercial use of all or part of this Site is prohibited except with Big Rock's express prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Big Rock.

Although Big Rock may from time to time monitor or review discussion, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Big Rock is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a Notice with the following information to the Site's Community Manager:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

Descriptions of, or references to, products, publications or sites not owned by Big Rock or its affiliates do not imply endorsement of that product, publication or site. Big Rock has not reviewed all material linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such material. Your linking to any other sites is at your own risk.

Linking Policy

This Site may provide, as a convenience to you, links to sites owned or operated by parties other than Big Rock. Each linked to website has its own terms and conditions of use, as described in that site's legal notice/terms of use. Canadian Governing Law; Void Where Prohibited

This Site shall be governed by, and your browsing in and use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of and consent to, the provinces of Alberta, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
